Executive Officers

Ray Cao

Co-Executive Director, President

Ray is a youth leader from the U.S. whose passion for service began in Boy Scouts, inspired by his Scoutmaster, a veteran. He founded Students For Military Children to support the families behind those in Uniform. Outside of SFMC, Ray serves on his State Senator's youth advisory council and is an appointed member of his town's sustainability committee. He also fences competitively.

Frank Zing

Co-Executive Director

Frank is a senior at Rye Country Day. A leader of the Rye Civil Air Patrol, his passion for the military has inspired a love for community service to the veteran community. Outside of SFMC, he plays on the RCDS squash team and varsity sailing team.

Luke is a rising junior at RCDS with a passion for civics and leadership. A dedicated soccer player, he brings energy and drive as SFMC's Director of Finance and Vice President.

Aarush is a rising junior at RCDS and the founder of the Student Museum Society, an organization supporting the Westchester Children’s Museum. He continues his passion for community impact as the Director of Technology for SFMC. Aarush is also a co-president of the RCDS Economics Club and an avid member of the school's tennis team.

William is a rising sophomore at the Flex School serving his community through his involvement in the Boy Scouts. Driven to make a positive impact, he actively gives back to his community with his work in SFMC as Director of Programs.

Miles Wolfe

Director of Operations, V. President

Miles is a student at Rye Country Day School with a passion for squash and sailing, both in and out of school. He is an active member of the US Civil Air Patrol, where he has gained valuable skills and experience in discipline and teamwork, and hopes to attend the U.S. Naval Academy.
